    • Who can help me if I have not received my ticket, can no longer find it or have other problems with my ticket order?

If you have any questions about your ticket, only our SeaYou Shop can help you. You can find it at https://shop.seayou-festival.de .
You can send all questions about your ticket to shop@seayou-festival.de.

    • I don’t understand the difference between the price levels, what do the different numbers mean?

The price levels refer ONLY to the booking period and not to the services.
If you bought your ticket in the autumn of the previous year, you will pay significantly less than someone who booked just a few months or weeks before the festival.

    • Does it make sense to ask the promotor for extra tickets after certain categories were sold out?

No, it is not possible to request tickets for sold-out categories or to exchange tickets of tickets (e.g. to other campsites that are already sold out) is unfortunately not possible.
However, you can check here to see if your desired tickets are still available on the resale platform:

Please only use this page for buying & selling tickets.
On our Sea You Resale channel, it is 100% guaranteed that your purchased or sold ticket is valid, as our tickets and barcodes are checked here. 🧐👌

    • Are the tickets personalised?

Yes, all tickets are personalised. The name of the purchaser is automatically printed on them. In addition, guest list and free tickets are personalised, non-chewable and therefore non-transferable.

You can personalise your ticket in your ticket account for the first time or have it re-personalised. If you have purchased several tickets, you can also personalise the tickets for your friends here and give them access to the ticket.
The first ticket is usually personalised to yourself, each additional ticket must be sent individually to the person for whom you bought the ticket

    • Do I necessarily have to bring my printed ticket?

No, but it is useful and we recommend it in case there is a problem with your mobile phone. In the past, many guests were unable to download their ticket on site due to a lack of network coverage, and this led to significant backlogs.

    • I have a multi-day ticket but can only go to the festival for one day. Can I pass on my ticket for the other day or split it between two people?

No, unfortunately that is not possible, as the combination ticket is played on a wristband for all booked days. The ticket is personalized for one person and contains all the data and authorizations for that person. In addition, the wristband functions as a means of payment at the Sea You Festival.

    • Is the consumption of CANNABIS allowed at the festival?

Private cannabis consumption is legal in Germany and at the festival.
You have been allowed to smoke weed legally since April 1, 2024 and smoke a joint at Lake Tunisee or on the festival campsite.
But be careful, as always, there are a few rules:
      - You are allowed to carry up to a maximum of 25 grams of cannabis per person in public spaces.

      - DON'T SMOKE & DRIVE: The following currently still applies in road traffic: even with a low THC content in the blood (limit = 1 nanogram of THC per milliliter of blood serum), a driver is committing an administrative offense. If driving behavior is conspicuous, too much THC in the blood is considered a criminal offense. If the limit is exceeded, you face a fine, points and, in the worst case, even a driving ban. Incidentally, this also applies to driving bicycles or e-scooters if any abnormalities occur.

      - The import of cannabis from abroad into Germany remains prohibited.

Further information can be found on the official website of the Federal Government at https://www.bundesregierung.de/breg-de/aktuelles/cannabis-legalisierung-2213640
